§ 1. General Provisions

1.1 These rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) define the terms, scope, and conditions of participation in the “Wheel of Fortune 2” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) organized by:

• • PROCARTE PV SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Kielce, ul. Zbożowa 21, 25-416 Kielce, entered in the National Court Register under number 0000846860, VAT Number PL6572952667, REGON 386338576 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

1.2 The Promotion takes place from February 18, 2025, to February 19, 2025, during the XXVII International Power Industry and Electrical Engineering Fair and Renewable Energy Sources Expo ENEX..

1.3 The Promotion is organized within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

1.4 The Promotion is not a lottery, raffle, or mutual bet within the meaning of the Act of November 19, 2009, on gambling.

1.5 The Rules are available at the Organizer’s registered office and on the website: www.procarte.pl/en/contest-rules/.

§ 2. Conditions of Participation

2.1 The following individuals may participate in the Promotion:

• • Entrepreneurs conducting business activity within the meaning of the Entrepreneurs’ Law Act of March 6, 2018.
  • Employees of companies conducting business activity, acting on behalf of their employers (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).

2.2 To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must:

• • Complete the registration form available at the promotional point, providing the following details:
    • Mandatory: First name, last name, email, phone number, company name, VAT number, company address, postal code, city.
    • Optional: Position in the company.
  • Provide the required consents for participation:
    • Acceptance of these Rules.
    • Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Promotion.
  • Optionally:
    • Consent to the processing of personal data for contact and responding to inquiries related to the company’s offer.
    • Consent to telephone and email contact for commercial purposes.
    • Consent to subscribe to the newsletter and receive informational messages.

2.3 Participation in the Promotion is voluntary, and each Participant may participate in the Promotion only once.

2.4 The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the participation conditions, including the right to request confirmation of the data provided in the registration form or other information required for participation in the Promotion.

§ 3. Promotion Rules

3.1 Each Participant who meets the conditions specified in § 2 receives a guaranteed prize in the form of a keychain and the right to spin the “Wheel of Fortune.”

3.2 By spinning the “Wheel of Fortune,” the Participant may receive one of the following additional prizes:

• • Shopping voucher:
    • PLN 100 net (minimum order value: PLN 1,000 net).
    • PLN 200 net (minimum order value: PLN 2,000 net).
    • PLN 300 net (minimum order value: PLN 3,000 net).
  • T-shirt.
  • Cap.
  • Mini gadget: bottle, knife, or measuring tape.

3.3 All prizes, including vouchers, are issued immediately after the Participant’s involvement in the Promotion.

3.4 The awarded prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

3.5 Returning products purchased using the voucher will result in the cancellation of the prize entitlement.

§ 4. Voucher Redemption Rules

4.1 The voucher can be redeemed after proper verification by the Organizer’s employee for purchases made:

• • Online on the Organizer’s website: www.procarte.pl,
  • By phone or email,
  • At the Organizer’s registered office.

4.2 The voucher is valid from the date of receipt until June 30, 2025.

4.3 The voucher can be used once in a single transaction.

4.4 In the event of a return of products purchased using the voucher, its value will not be refunded, and the Participant loses the right to the prize.

4.5 The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment.

§ 5. Personal Data Processing

5.1 The administrator of the Participants’ personal data is PROCARTE PV SP. Z O.O., ul. Zbożowa 21, 25-416 Kielce.

5.2 The personal data of Participants are processed for the following purposes:

• • Organizing and conducting the Promotion, including contacting Participants and awarding prizes.
  • In the case of optional consents:
    • Sending newsletters and informational messages.
    • Telephone and email contact for commercial purposes.

5.3 Data will be stored for the duration necessary to conduct the Promotion, and in the case of optional consents – until their withdrawal.

5.4 Participants have the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, or limit its processing.

5.5 The Organizer applies technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

§ 6. Complaints

6.1 Participants have the right to submit complaints regarding the implementation of the Promotion within 14 days after its conclusion.

6.2 Complaints can be submitted in writing to the email address: kontrolajakosci@procarte.pl.

6.3 Complaints will be processed within 14 days of their submission.

6.4 The Organizer’s decision regarding the complaint is final and binding.

§ 7. Final Provisions

7.1 By joining the Promotion, the Participant fully and unconditionally accepts its terms as set out in these Rules.

7.2 The Rules come into effect at the start of the Promotion and remain in force until its conclusion, i.e., June 30, 2025.

7.3 The provisions of these Rules constitute the sole basis for conducting the Promotion.
